CNC Machines

Our two new CNC machines (one turret punching and one for bending) have allowed us to extend our capabilities and create new product lines.

Press Shop

Our in-house press shop consists of over thirty power presses ranging in capacity from 5 tons to 300 tons. This allows us to fabricate a wide range of products to suit our clients’ needs. Materials handled include:

· Cold rolled steel

· Mild Steel

· Copper

· Aluminium

· Brass

· Phosphor Bronze

Paint Shop

We have 2 powder coating booths (large and medium size). We have plans to add a third one soon.

Electroplating

We do Zinc, Copper, Nickel, Chrome & Tin plating as per customers’ specifications and requirements. We have a brand new semi-automated nine tank phosphating hall and a new facility devoted entirely to electroplating. This new facility has allowed us to more than double our electroplating capacity.

Assembly

We have an assembly shop for doing various types of jobs, to further add value for our customers

Tool Room:

Our tool room is well-equipped to make a wide range of dies to cater to a large segment of customers. In our tool room we have several sophisticated machines like:

· Shaping machine

· Band saw

· Vertical milling machine

· Surface grinder

· Centre lathe

· Drills

These allow us to produce high quality dies with a quick turnaround time.
